When you send the intro form, here is exactly what we do with the information.

Data we process

The details you enter in the form: full name, email address, optional phone number, program of interest, learning format preference and your message.

Purpose

To answer your free 15-minute intro request, contact you and discuss a suitable learning plan. Your details are not used for any other purpose.

Transfers

The form is received through Formspree, a US-based form service, and forwarded to us by email, so your data is transferred outside Turkey. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, where technical server logs may be processed.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses no advertising or analytics cookies, no tracking tools and no browser storage for form data. Nothing you type is sent anywhere until you submit the form.

Retention

Your details are kept for as long as needed to answer your request and plan a conversation, subject to legal obligations.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, and ask for correction or deletion. Write to info@toniqsoundworks.com.
