TONIQ Academy is an independent music academy connecting DJing, production and mixing & mastering to help you develop from an initial idea towards performance.
Knowing what a control does is a beginning. Deciding when to use it, recognising your sound and developing a piece of work are part of growing as an artist. Lessons bring technical practice, creative exploration and feedback together around your goals.

Fatih Aylan
Electronic music producer, DJ and TONIQ Academy founder Fatih Aylan brings his stage experience and studio practice into a connected approach to teaching.
His teaching focuses on helping you develop your own musical decisions. Across selection, production and mixing, the aim is to connect technical understanding with what you actually hear.

Before you begin.
Do I need experience to start?
No. You can start from scratch or build on work you already make. We will agree on a suitable starting point.
How is the program personalised?
We discuss your experience, musical interests and goals, then shape the topics and pace around them.
How long is the DJ program?
The current DJ program is 32 hours. We will discuss the schedule and a suitable study plan during your introduction.
Where are lessons held? Can I study online?
Lessons take place at the studio in Kadıköy, Istanbul. Online options are discussed according to the program and your needs.
How do I arrange lesson language and times?
Tell us your preferred language and availability in the form. We will confirm teaching language and scheduling with you directly.
Is the 15-minute introduction free?
Yes, it is free, with no obligation to enrol. It is a chance to discuss your goals, the right program, lesson arrangements and fees.
